lansinoh lanolin, a kind of cream that can sooth sore nipples. it's a life
saver for me. even though my baby can latch on properly from day one, it still
hurts like hell. and lansinoh helps a lot.

motrin is a safe pain-killer for breastfeeding mom.

ice pack can relieve the pain and swelling from the bottom tear from deliver.

they are available at any drug store.
we bought most of them from walgreen/walmart.

i bought breastpump the 4th day. cuz the swelling feeling from my breasts.
some time, they are harden as rocks. :p. after pumping some milk out, i feel
much better, and also, it makes it easier for baby to latch on.
